Pokemeow is a discord Pokémon game that is popular in casual discord servers. For Sol Invictus, we use Pokemeow to play a game known as ;catch where the entire server attempts to ;catch a predetermined Pokémon selected by the team. The winner of ;catch is added to an exclusive chat of ;catch winners as well as winners of the contests during The Great Game.
How to play
1.
Innovator will announce in discord that ;catch is coming.
2.
A new channel will open up in the discord with the pokemeow bot active.
3.
Community members will spam the command ";catch" in an attempt to spawn the correct pokemon.
4.
When a Pokémon appears you can attempt to catch it by clicking one of the ball icons underneath the Pokémon.
That's it! If you ;catch the predetermined Pokémon you win!
And if you manage to find the predetermined Pokémon, but fail to catch them with an ultra ball, well, at least we will make a sticker about you.
